AquaFilter Triple Action (TAC) is designed for ekstremely demanding filtration tasks in aplications with low operational pressure.

AquaFilter TAC combines backflushing, ejector flushing and the Bernoulli effect to-self clean the filter. The result is a gentle and efficient cleaning cycle. Due to the unique technology cleaning cycle will not be affected even when there is no pressure on the secondary side. The flushing starts when the nozzle is in position directly above the filter cylinders resulting in the best possible cleaning of the filter. The flushing stops when the cleaning nozzle moves between the filter cylinders. This increases the cleaning quality of the filter cylinders and reduces the amount of flushing water.

Standard for the AquaFilter is a stainless steal cylinder with aV-shaped profile for effectiv filtration and self-cleaning of the filter. The specially developed filter elements are designed for effective filtration with the lowest possible pressure loss. The filter has an effective self-cleaning process at pressure as low as 0,4 bar.

The filter house is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), a corrosion-free and chemical resistant material perfectly suitable for seawater.

AquaFilter TAC Control

All AquaFilter TAC are provided with a standard control cabinet. The cleaning cycle can be optimized for your process by changing parameters on the touch screen. Parameters controlling the frequency of the cleaning cycle can also be adjusted. Warnings and alarms will be displayed. The control cabinet is standard equipped with MidBus communication. The control system can be interfaced to other equipment with different types of communication on request.
