SeaFarm Feeder Series

SeaFarm Feeder is a robust and flexible work platform developed for efficient operations at sea-based aquaculture sites. The concept covers a wide range of capacity and size requirements, from smaller sites to large-scale facilities with demanding requirements for storage, logistics, and crew facilities. The barges are available in both Basic and LQ versions. The Basic version offers practical facilities such as a changing room, bathroom, lounge area with control station, and kitchen facilities, while the LQ version provides enhanced comfort and capacity for personnel working on site for extended periods.

SeaFarm Feeder can be equipped with options such as a crane, DFC coarse grinder, Hybrid Power System, and substantial ensiling capacity, depending on size and customer requirements. The Hybrid Power System can reduce fuel consumption by up to 60%, while insulated engine rooms and cast concrete floors contribute to a better working environment, lower noise levels, and easier cleaning.

The barges are designed for demanding conditions and can be delivered for sites with significant wave heights of up to 4.8 metres (depending on barge size). Models with a bow design provide excellent seakeeping characteristics even at lower load levels, making SeaFarm Feeder suitable for both small and large sites.

Tailored to Your Needs

The interior layout and fit-out can largely be customised according to customer requirements and operational needs. This provides the flexibility to tailor the solution with the right combination of crew facilities, work areas, storage capacity, and technical equipment.
