Moen Marin, the world’s largest supplier of working boats to the aquaculture industry, is acquiring PMH Norway, producer of a wide range of high-quality solutions for maritime vessels. Moen Marin will with this acquisition be able to develop and deliver vessels with more integrated and functional total solutions that will benefit its customers around the world.
PMH Norway offers a wide range of technology and advanced products for propulsion, dynamic positioning, and maneuvering systems, hydraulic systems, and deck equipment for customers in offshore, passenger transport, fishing, freight, and aquaculture. With Moen Marin as a new and strong industrial owner, PMH Norway will gain the strength to further develop existing solutions as well as produce new technology and innovative solutions. and create new technologies and innovative solutions.

PMH Norway will become a subsidiary of Moen Marin and will continue to operate under the same brand name. The company, which is located west of Trondheim, has 16 employees with broad mechanical, electrical and technical expertise.

The transfer of ownership agreement was entered into on January 7th 2025 and the transaction has already been completed.
