Registering parts for service

Goods that are being sent in for service must be cleaned and disinfected in order to prevent any possible cross-contamination. Scale Aquaculture AS reserves the right to return the goods or charge an additional fee to clean and disinfect such goods if the goods have not been adequately cleaned and disinfection has not been documented.

1. Please register any goods returned for service using the form below.
2. Remember to print the return form you receive via email.
3. Enclose the form with the goods in the shipment you send to us.
4. Enclose documentation of disinfection.

Note: No goods may be returned before the return process has been clarified with the named adviser.
