Service and testing of all components (equipment is sent to your nearest service centre), guarantee against leaks and all parts are replaced 12 months after service, support agreement: opening hours 07:00–16:00

Option B: Basic +

Service and testing of all components (equipment is sent to your nearest service centre), guarantee on all parts in camera, PSU/CIU and winch for the full agreement period (up to 10 years), 24/7 support, certification/training (camera management and basic troubleshooting), favourable agreements on service hours

Option C: Full operation

Service and testing of all components (equipment is sent to your nearest service centre), guarantee on all parts in camera, PSU/CIU and winch for the full agreement period (up to 10 years), 24/7 support, certification/training (camera management and basic troubleshooting), rigging, call-out in the event of system errors
